I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Memorial Primary Care – Pembroke Pines! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how nice, clean, and welcoming the office was. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how short the waiting time was. Everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, and it was clear that they truly care about their patients. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent service and feel like you’re in good hands. I highly recommend Memorial Primary Care – Pembroke Pines to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and efficient medical office. I’m extremely pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend them to family and friends! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience all around!

The follow through is terrible. As a new patient, I have been very dissatisfied with the office. They have never returned my calls. I am still waiting after a week for a call back for something that was time sensitive. I actually changed my insurance so I wouldn’t have to deal with them. It has gotten progressively worse! They promised a presrcription was ready twice and it was never called in. THE WORST experience I have ever had at a Dr. Office.

The experience today was amazing. I saw Dr. Janice Walker as my PCP as a new patient. This is the first time in a long time that I had an MD that asked about a comprehensive review of my health history and actually put her hands on me to do a full had to toe assessment checking passive range of motion, active ROMs, using her stethoscope, otoscope and ordering labs that I asked for. I could go on and on, but it’s obvious that she cares and is serious about what she does. She doesn’t seem to be aggressive in ordering medications just for the heck of it, which I appreciate. I can tell that she cares bout her staff as well. When I walked in to the office today, they were all in costume taking an office picture and asked me to assist with that (It’s Halloween). It was just my first time visiting the office, but I must say that it was a pleasant experience and I’ll see how it goes from here.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Waldron for my primary care for many years and I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism and care he provides. Dr. Waldron takes the time to truly listen, explain things clearly, and never makes me feel rushed. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. The entire staff is just as wonderful, friendly, efficient and always respectful. I highly recommend Dr. Waldron and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and professional primary care provider.

Dr. Walker is truly exceptional. The kind of primary care physician I’ve been searching for. Although it took several months to get an appointment, I can confidently say it was well worth the wait. She listened attentively, communicated clearly, and made me feel genuinely heard. What stood out most was her sincere concern for my well-being. She took the time to thoroughly review my medical history and never made the visit feel rushed. I felt completely comfortable sharing personal information and left the appointment with full confidence in her medical judgment. One of the qualities I value most is her proactive approach, not only treating illness but also focusing on prevention. I must also commend her support staff for being both pleasant and professional. I’m truly looking forward to my continued care with Dr. Walker. Oh, and she’s also pretty!
